Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Hearing static noises, scrambles or people talking on a radio when there is no radio anywhere and no source for the static at all.
Write them down word for word to the best of your ability over the next week and then look at the sum of them. Then ask yourself did you physically and actively call those thoughts into your mind or did they just randomly pop into your mind?
